You Want What?

At the beginning of an ID project I get a rush of adrenaline and excitement about all the possibilities. Oftentimes, the client has specific ideas about what they want but those ideas are not supported by the learner or needs analysis.

While the client is always right, I will bring them into the systematic approach to training process and share with them what I know and what I recommend. I will always work with a client to ensure their wishes are incorporated in a way that benefits the learner.
